Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping time
Most orders arrive within 7–20 business days from the ship date. We know that's longer than big-box retailers β€” it's the trade-off for the prices we're able to offer on these items. During major holidays (November–December especially), add a few extra days for carrier delays.

  • Free shipping on orders over $35
  • Flat rate of $4.99 on orders under $35

Multiple items / split shipments
Because our products come from different fulfillment partners, items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days. You'll get a tracking number for each shipment β€” don't worry if your order doesn't all show up at once.

Where we ship
Currently, we ship within the United States only. We're looking at international shipping as we grow β€” if you're outside the US and want to be notified when that opens up, reach out.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll get an email with tracking info. Tracking can take 2–5 days to update after it's issued, since packages often start their journey overseas before reaching a domestic carrier.

Delays
We're not able to control carrier delays, customs processing, or disruptions from severe weather or high-volume periods. If your order is significantly delayed past the window above, contact us and we'll look into it.

Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout β€” we're not able to redirect a package once it ships, and orders returned due to an incorrect address may need to be reshipped at the customer's cost.

Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, or it arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with your order number (and a photo, if damaged) and we'll sort out a replacement or refund.

Order changes & cancellations
Because orders are sent to our fulfillment partners quickly, we can only accommodate changes or cancellations within a few hours of purchase. Contact us right away if you need to make a change.
